
The SOSC Kern County program offers year-round sports training and competitions for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics provides training for life. Not only providing its participants with physical fitness and athletic competition, but also social interaction, community involvement, and empowerment. More than 13,000 athletes in 11 counties participate in Southern California.
