Last week, Nursing faculty member Lisa Harding was slipped a note during a clinical session with Bakersfield College students at a local hospital. Lisa said “an elderly woman came up to me and handed me a card. She stuck it in my hand, saying nothing, and then walked away.”

In a difficult area such as Nursing, the simple thank you note made Lisa’s day and helped remind her of the important role of Nursing faculty at Bakersfield College. Thank you to Lisa, the kind note-giver, and all our Bakersfield College Nursing team for their hard work and dedication to health care in Bakersfield.
